Developed within Kintorque. The G2 range was a new product line that needed commercial structure before it could launch — positioning, catalog logic and a storefront build all had to happen in parallel against a hard deadline.

The G2 lighting range was taken from product to market through a parallel process of positioning, catalog structuring and storefront deployment. Getting the commercial logic right before building the storefront was the only way to meet the deadline without creating technical debt.

A new product line with a launch deadline — positioning, naming, catalog structure and storefront needed to be built simultaneously, not sequentially.

Positioning and catalog architecture were defined first. Product page logic was designed around how powersports buyers actually evaluate lighting products — fitment, compatibility, output. Storefront built once the commercial structure was clear.
