Umbr is a Swedish company that helps brands in outdoor, hunting, tools and industrial take products from idea to finished product on the market.
We have built a decade of operational experience in product development, manufacturing, ecommerce and cross-border distribution. We know the technical side, from CAD and material specifications to factory negotiations in China. We know the commercial side, from Shopify and content production to dealer networks and EU compliance.
We are not a consultancy in the classic sense. We do not write strategy documents you have to translate into action. We do the work.
Some clients come with an idea that has never been built. Others come with a product that already sells but needs a new supplier, a better margin, updated branding, or a new market. We work with both.
Umbr operates as a small team with a wider network. We bring in specialists when projects need them, but you always have one point of contact and one person responsible.
