We collect personal data only when you actively submit it through our contact form. The data we collect is your name, email address, optional phone number, and the information you provide in the form fields.
We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether your project fits what we do. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
The form is submitted via Formspree, which processes the data on our behalf. Formspree's privacy practices are described at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We retain inquiry data for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. After that we delete it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@umbr.se.
You have the right under GDPR to access the data we hold about you, to request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
