RJWC is an established aftermarket brand for ATV and UTV accessories and exhaust systems. The work spanned product development and expansion, commerce infrastructure, brand consistency and digital distribution — over a sustained engagement that touched most parts of the business.

RJWC Powersports is a major aftermarket brand operating across ATV and UTV categories. The work included product line development, ecommerce infrastructure build, brand system consolidation and social media rollout — all structured to support both dealer and direct-to-consumer sales at scale.

A large and growing product catalog with complex fitment requirements, multiple channels and a dealer network that needed separate infrastructure from the direct-to-consumer operation.

Product development and ecommerce worked in parallel. Catalog structure rebuilt around vehicle compatibility. B2B and B2C channels separated with appropriate product presentation for each. Brand system consolidated across digital touchpoints.
